Ik heb je al wat geholpen met hoe plan je een vrijgezellenfeest? en welke leuke activiteiten je kunt doen tijdens een vrijgezellenfeest. En nu wil ik je graag helpen met wat praktische adviezen voor de dag zelf.
* Noteer adressen van de locaties
Zorg dat je alle adressen goed genoteerd hebt. Dus waar gaan jullie verzamelen, waar is de activiteit, waar is het restaurant en waar gaan jullie (ongeveer) stappen? Zorg dat je de adressen genoteerd hebt en desnoods een klein plattegrondje hebt uitgeprint.
* Neem de bevestigingen van je reserveringen mee
Hier staat namelijk op met wie je hebt gesproken en soms ook het telefoonnummer. Het handigst hiermee is dat je ter plaatse kunt aantonen dat jij in je recht staat. Ook handig als je zwart op wit hebt staan dat je hebt doorgegeven dat er mensen met allergieën zijn.
* Bewaar telefoonnummers
Zorg dat je de telefoonnummers van de activiteit(en) en het restaurant hebt. Heel handig voor als alles een beetje uitloopt, maar ook in geval van nood.
Daarnaast zorg je er ook voor dat je de telefoonnummers van de deelnemers hebt. Als je niet iedereen kent, dan is dit extra handig. Vooral als er mensen later aansluiten. Mocht het programma uitlopen, dan kan je ze dat vertellen zodat ze niet een half uur of een uur staan te wachten op het afgesproken punt zonder dat ze iemand kunnen bereiken.
* Waar ga je parkeren?
Heb je een activiteit gepland in een stad die je eigenlijk niet kent? Zorg dan dat je van tevoren gecheckt hebt waar je kan parkeren en dat je daar de adressen van hebt genoteerd. Ik heb dit eens meegemaakt en toen alle parkeergarages vol zaten, was ik blij dat ik nog een papiertje had met hierop andere adressen om mijn auto te parkeren.

Write down the adresses
Where will you start, where is the activity, where is the restaurant and where will you go clubbing? At least have these adresses ready or even print off a little map.
Take you confirmations of the reservations with you
On the confirmations you find the person you talked to and their phonenumbers and you have the confirmation with you, so you will stand strong if there might be some problems.
Take phonenumbers with you
Have the phonenumbers of all the venues with you. You can call them in case of emergency or when it looks like you're not going to be in time.
And take the phonenumbers of all participants with you. Just in case there are some people who are joining in later that day. If a part of the programme is taking longer than expected, you can call them to let them know so they will not be 45 minutes waiting at the next venue.
Where do you park?
Have you planned an activity in a town you actually don't know that good? Then first check out where you can park you car and again write down the adresses. I have once experienced that all the parkings were full and I was so glad I had written down some extra adresses.
